The Purple Star (Zi Wei)
Zi Wei is the most prestigious star in Zi Wei Dou Shu, known as the "Emperor Star" or "Northern Dipper's Chief." Those with Zi Wei in their Self Palace carry a natural air of authority.
Traits of Zi Wei
Zi Wei represents leadership, authority, self-respect, and desire for control. As the "Emperor Star," it works best with supporting ministers (Zuo Fu and You Bi). Zi Wei people tend to be decision-makers in groups, but can also be stubborn or image-conscious.

Summary
If Zi Wei is in your Self Palace, you're not ordinary — you're the person friends call first when they need help. But remember: emperors need ministers. A solitary Zi Wei is a lonely one.
